RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Special Notice Regarding Digital Content
In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
-
you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
-
you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Exclusion for Fully Performed Individual Services
The right of withdrawal also expires once an individually created service has been fully performed, provided that performance began after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
